GlucoRay DMS is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

1. Delivery of credits

• Credits you buy are delivered electronically to your GlucoRay account, usually within seconds of a successful payment and always within 24 hours.
• You receive an email confirmation and a GST invoice, which you can also download from the Billing page.
• There are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. If credits do not arrive

If your payment succeeded but the credits are not in your account within 24 hours, email [email protected] with your order ID. We will add the credits or refund you as described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

3. Service area

GlucoRay is available online in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
